It has excellent print quality, good scanning quality. It would have been good to have a SD card slot, but i don't mind as much as i can use my PC slots. Print speed is good. Occhipinti (Holiday Island, AR) I replaced an Epson printer that I had for over 4 years and was very happy with until an envelope jammed in it and it wasn't worth repairing. Did a lot of online research because this time I wanted more features, including fax, scanner & copying. Got this at Amazon for a very good price and in the short time I have had it, I am very happy with its performance. I have used the fax and scanner features quite a few times and find it user friendly. I have had occasion to call Customer Service and found them to be very friendly and helpful...so I highly recommend this product.  not working October 31, 2008J. Fuller 1 out of 1 found this review helpful Brand new out of the box and it malfunctions. Called Canon for tech support they said there was nothing they can do and that the warranty only provides me with a refurbished replacement. So for the same amount I paid for a brand new one, I get a used one. Don't want to hassle with anything else so that is what I'm gonna do but I am not completely satisfied. | |||||||||||
